What is a 50/50 subscription?

When you buy 50/50 tickets, you can choose to subscribe to all future Rangers Reach 50/50 draws. Your selected ticket amount will be automatically purchased before each draw, so you never miss a jackpot! Your subscription will start with the next Rangers Reach 50/50 draw.

Can I cancel my 50/50 subscription?

Yes. 50/50 subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your subscription, you have two options:

  1. Visit the Manage Subscription webpage, also in the footer of our 50/50 website, and unsubscribe, and log in to your account, or; 
  2. Email us at 5050@rangersreach.com with your ticket receipt. Be sure to send it from the email address you used to subscribe.

 

Will I receive advance notice before my credit card is charged?

 

Yes, absolutely. Before a new jackpot begins, all subscribers will receive a reminder that their credit card will be charged. At this time, as well as at any other point, subscribers can choose to opt out of their subscription by following the steps outlined on the Manage Subscription page found at the top our 50/50 website.

 

Is there a fee to becoming a 50/50 subscriber?


No, there is no fee to become a 50/50 subscriber and no minimum commitment

 

How do 50/50 subscribers receive their tickets?


Subscribers automatically receive tickets via email when sales open for each jackpot.

 

Important Notes:

  • If your credit card is declined, your ticket purchase won’t go through, and your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You can re-subscribe by going through the subscription sign up process again and providing updated payment details.
  • Your card will only be charged when the next raffle opens and Ranger Reach triggers payments for subscription. You will be automatically charged once on that day. If you want to buy more tickets, you can do so separately through the checkout process.
  • Prior to subscription payment being triggered, you will receive an email notification from Rangers Reach reminding you of the upcoming subscription charge
  • Players must be physically located in the province of Ontario at the time of opting in to a subscription.
