What is a 50/50 Membership?

When you buy your 50/50 tickets, you can choose to create a membership to future 50/50 raffles with automatic ticket purchases for all future Rangers Game Day raffles. 

 

Can I cancel my 50/50 membership?

Yes. 50/50 Memberships can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your membership, you have two options: 1) Log in to your account on the Manage Membership page at the top of our 50/50 website and unsubscribe OR 2) Email us at 5050@rangersreach.com with your ticket receipt. Be sure to send it from the email address you used to subscribe.

 

Will I receive advance notice before my credit card is charged?

Yes, absolutely. Before a new jackpot begins, all members will receive a reminder that their credit card will be charged. At this time, as well as at any other point, members can choose to opt out of their membership by following the steps outlined on the Manage Membership page found at the top our 50/50 website.

 

Is there a fee to becoming a 50/50 member?

No, there is no fee to become a 50/50 member and no minimum commitment!

 

How do 50/50 members receive their tickets?

Members automatically receive tickets via email when sales open for each jackpot.

 


To become a Rangers Reach 50/50 Member:
1.   Select the number of tickets you want to purchase for each draw and the price point. 2.   Proceed through the checkout process.
3.   Before entering your payment details, check the box that says you’d like to become a member to automatically buy tickets for future jackpots.
4.   Complete your ticket purchase, and you’ll be automatically subscribed to future  50/50 raffles at the price point(s) and quantities selected.
5.   Your membership will start with the next Rangers Reach/Kitchener Rangers game day 50/50 raffle

You can cancel your membership at any time:
1.    Log in to your account and unsubscribe via the "Manage Membership" link on the website https://rangers5050.com/pages/manage-subscription
2.    There is no cost associated with cancelling a membership

Important Notes:
i)    If your credit card is declined, your ticket purchase won’t go through, and your membership will be automatically cancelled. You can re-subscribe by going through the membership sign up process again and providing updated payment details.
ii)    Your card will only be charged when the next raffle opens and Ranger Reach triggers payments for memberships. You will be automatically charged once on that day. If you want to buy more tickets, you can do so separately through the checkout process.
iii)    Prior to membership payment being triggered, you will receive an email notification from Rangers Reach reminding you of the upcoming membership charge
iv)    Players must be physically located in the province of Ontario at the time of opting in to a membership.
